JAS Measurement Forms

JAS can make many modifications or customizations. It is critical to note any anomalies on the measurement form, such as skin grafts, sensitive areas such as scarring, fresh wounds, or excessive swelling. Other examples include external fixation, internal hardware, plates or screws, ports, or any other area of concern that could affect the comfort or fit of the JAS device.  

 The best way to ensure an accurate fit is to submit photos with the order to orders@jointactivesystems.com.
