How to Return a JAS Device

When you are ready to return a JAS rental unit, just follow these simple steps:

1. Call JAS at 1-800-879-0117 ext 4911.

JAS will stop billing for the JAS device once we receive your call.

2. Place the JAS Device in its original packaging.

Place the JAS Device in its original packaging or another suitable box. Secure package with tape and apply the UPS Shipping Label that was originally supplied with your device.

3. If you use the included UPS label, please drop it off at an authorized UPS Customer Counter.
