The mission of our Technical Support Specialist Team is to enhance the quality of life for patients by providing them with the support and assistance necessary to use JAS equipment effectively.

Our primary focus is patient care. We work hand-in-hand with patients, caregivers, JAS sales representatives, and other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, provide instruction on equipment use and maintenance, and utilize our available resources to create solutions to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Our team will triage any concerns you may have and when necessary, will consult with our Orthotist Prosthetist and/or Design Engineer to come up with solutions unique to your injury.

Every injury is unique and the recovery journey is not linear. We are here to walk with you through the ups and downs until you reach your range of motion goals. If you have any questions or concerns, please complete the form or give us a call.
