Distributor Spotlight: Eric Davis

Eric Davis learned about Joint Active Systems (JAS) in 2009 when his wife’s orthopedic surgeon prescribed a JAS wrist and a pronation/supination device. At that time, he had been retired from active duty for seven years, had worked as a consultant and was now considering a few other opportunities. He attended the JAS fitting appointment with his wife. At the appointment, Eric learned about JAS and discovered the company was looking for a local representative. As a result of that encounter, Eric decided to follow up with the JAS rep and began the training process to become a representative for Joint Active Systems. His wife successfully regained her range of motion. 

Over the past 12 years, Eric has fit over 1500 JAS devices. What he likes most about JAS is that the devices work, and the company constantly evolves by implementing product improvements. Although Eric has been with the company for a substantial amount of time, he still has a passion for continued education and being a part of the dialogue about product research and development. He recently attended our JAS sales rep training to learn more about the products, meet face-to-face with the team he talks to regularly, and share his real-world experiences with some of our more novice representatives.

Eric’s feedback has been invaluable to JAS over the years. On numerous occasions, his experiences, communication with our research and development team, and feedback have led to device enhancements. He has incredible attention to detail when fitting patients and teaching them how to use their JAS device. We are grateful for his many years of service and commitment to improving the quality of life for all patients.
