Joint Active Systems (JAS) Celebrates Marina Ayoub’s Completion of the JAS Orthotic and Prosthetic Residency Program
Joint Active Systems (JAS) is proud to announce that Marina Ayoub has successfully completed the 18-month combined Orthotic and Prosthetic Residency Program at JAS. This program, accredited by the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education (NCOPE), has prepared Ayoub for the next critical step in her career as she prepares to sit for her certification board exams in both orthotics and prosthetics.
Marina’s journey in the field of orthotics and prosthetics began with her academic achievements at Azusa Pacific University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering, followed by a master’s degree in orthotics and prosthetics from Loma Linda University. Throughout the residency, Marina demonstrated exceptional skill, commitment, and a deep passion for helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through advanced orthotic and prosthetic care.
The JAS Orthotist/Prosthetist Residency Program is designed to provide in-depth, hands-on experience in both disciplines. She completed the program under the guidance of our seasoned Orthotist Prosthetist, Bryan King, CPO, LPO. The program has enabled Marina to refine her skills, broaden her knowledge, and contribute significantly to the success of JAS’s mission of delivering innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes.
With the completion of the residency program, Marina will now embark on the next phase of her professional journey by preparing for her certification exams, a key milestone in becoming a fully certified orthotist and prosthetist. This achievement reflects JAS’s ongoing commitment to developing the next generation of experts in the field, ensuring that patients continue to receive the highest level of care and support.
