Just a quick note about my experience with two people who represent your company.

I had total knee replacement surgery at Kaiser Permanente and my surgeon said I needed one of your JAS braces to help in my rehab.

Shelly called to give me the info I needed to get started with the process and was very helpful.

Then I talked to Ed Montes who arranged to come to the house to measure me for the brace, explain things and most of all, answered all my questions.

When the brace arrived, he delivered it to make sure the fit was ok, how to put it on and how to use it. He couldn’t have been more helpful.

So often a business will hear only the bad experiences about people who represent their company, but I wanted to let you know about the good experience I had with two of your people.
