Employee Spotlight: Crystal Holmes
This month the Employee Spotlight shines on Crystal Holmes, Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Crystal has been a JAS team member for four years. She is responsible for developing and managing marketing communications, such as blog posts, website, social media, printed marketing materials, territory maps, and more. She helps promote and organize JAS training opportunities and trade shows. On top of all that, Crystal serves as an administrative assistant, taking meeting minutes, coordinating expense reports, and other day-to-day tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
Crystal thoroughly enjoys her career at JAS. She commented, “I love that I get to use my creativity and joy for encouraging others to develop resources for our patients and representatives.” And speaking of joy—her positive attitude and sunny personality are two things her nominating managers believe make Crystal such a great asset to the team.
On a personal level, Crystal is a vocalist with the voice of an angel. Her perfect pitch and love for singing have earned her the nickname of “Lady Songbird” from her family (especially her Aunt) and many friends. If you’ve never heard her sing, you are missing out.
She and her husband Chris reside in Neoga,and have been happily married for five years. They have a wonderful foster son who will be three years old in April. She also treasures being an “Auntie” to her six nephews and one niece.
In her spare time, she enjoys cuddling with her fur baby, Rooney, a Yorkiepoo she affectionately calls “Roo.” Crystal also loves plays and musicals, organizing, and going for walks. But her favorite and most notable endeavor is to encourage and support other people with her words of comfort and empathy.
Crystal is truly a positive force at JAS and in the community. If you haven’t met her, make it a point to introduce yourself. Maybe she’ll even sing you a song.
