Employee Spotlight: Gail Brandt

Gail Brandt has been a part of the Joint Active Systems family for over seven years in our shipping and receiving department. She and her husband of 34 years have three children and soon-to-be nine grandchildren, all under 8. At home, Gail is the glue that holds her family together; at JAS, she is the “Tape” that helps all of us stick together. JAS supplies range of motion devices to over 40 countries worldwide. Gail works with all departments to ensure shipments run as smoothly and cost-effectively as possible. She identifies and corrects errors throughout the day to make sure shipments arrive on time to their destination.  

Not only is Gail dedicated to her family, but she is also a highly dedicated team member at JAS. She has been known to come in on her day off if she sees a need and provides backup for other staff on their scheduled days off.

As you can see, Gail’s grandchildren are the light of her life, and she has built strong relationships with all of her family. She has also built strong working relationships here at JAS. She is always friendly and does whatever she can to help. Over the years, she has created excellent working relationships with all of our UPS drivers, which is very helpful when we need to ask one of our drivers to wait for a last-minute package to ship out.  

Gail’s favorite thing about working at JAS is the people. Outside work, she enjoys her dog Duke doing anything outside and shopping with her daughters. Gail is a valuable team member at JAS. We are so grateful for her sweet personality and dedication to all of us.
