Arlene called JAS to express her gratitude for how our local rep, Brian K., went above and beyond with his service. She is currently using a JAS device for her frozen shoulder. She also has bone cancer, which causes weakness. Brian recognized the challenges this could present and set her up with the shoulder floor stand model to accommodate Arlene. She was touched by the compassion and level of service he provided to meet her needs. After he set up the floor stand, she couldn’t help but add some garland and ornaments to her device as she decorated everything else in the house for the season.
