UNBELIEVABLE Customer Service!!!
I tripped while carrying my wife's knee extender and broke it. COMPLETELY MY FAULT! I called JAS simply to ascertain how to BUY a new brace. I prepared myself for a long, frustrating series of phone calls that would ultimately drain my wallet. HOWEVER, when I called JAS Customer Support I promptly spoke with two people via speaker phone who were absolutely determined to help me (Ruth & Ross W).
In the end, they worked together to deduce which piece was broken, made arrangements to send me a free replacement, and explained the simple repair steps to take once the part arrived. Needless to say I was flabbergasted! It was exactly the opposite of what I had expected AND what I've grown accustomed to regarding customer service elsewhere. Ruth and Ross W. were not only professional and efficient, but they were just flat out nice and a joy to chat with (they both deserve raises ;-)
Thank you Ruth and Ross and thank you Joint Active Systems for being the kind of company that understands the value of good Customer Service and encourages employees like Ruth and Ross!
